Disconnect upon touching the ground

This is a pretty rare bug. It happens to me about once per day. If I fall, heroic leap, or anything else that ends with my character colliding with the ground, there is a possibility of a DC.

Due to the unrelated graphics flickering bug, I changed to dx11 for a few weeks. I did not experience the disconnect bug under dx11. Turning back to dx12, the DC bug returns, so maybe its related to DX12?

I hit this regularly in RBGs which feels really bad. I get booped or MCed or something off a tiny ledge and the moment I hit the ground I DC.
