I understand with a new expansion having que times. I even understand servers being completely down with launch. But what I’m wondering right now is if I get disconnected for w/e reason game or my own internet why there isn’t some grace period for me to log back in? I no even exaggerating just waited in a 5800 person 280min que on area 52 played for 20 mins got disconnected was logged back into my account w/n 10 secs of the dc and now I have to go through the que again. . . this I cannot accept. plz respond
There used to be a grace period. I was in game after a 4 hour queue, and then took a flight point and lagged out upon landing - and was disconnected into a login queue.
It’s like any queue position, or the fact that someone was online actively playing, doesn’t matter anymore. It used to not be the case.
yeah I knew there was a grace period before I don’t understand why its still not in place. Where you Heading back to maldraxas after visiting the maw? because that’s exactly how I was disconnected. if that’s the case there is another bug.
This is Customer Support. Not Customer Service. This specifically is a player helping player forum, and the SFAs have absolutely nothing to do with that. You’ll need to submit your issue via ticket or offer your suggestion/critique/what have you via either General Discussion where the GMs and Devs may see it or through the in-game suggestion tool. I’m sorry you’re having an issue with this, but your question cannot be solved here.
