Disconnect issues

Getting error (WOW519000319) somewhat often. I recently switched from a wireless to wired connection.

I tried toggling off all the items under the network menu (enable IPv6 when able, etc) and problem still occurred. I will try repairing the files through the launcher.

Problem occurred the last time at 7:55ish EST (5/19/19).
IP address: 192.168.1.185/24

Before this started happening I might only disconnect once a day or less. Now it’s about 3-5 times every 2 hours.

You mentioned recently switching from wireless to wired. Was this a troubleshooting steps you took or was this when the problem started? If its the latter, does the issue stop if we go back to wireless?

The switch from wireless to wired was simply to get a faster connection. Didn’t think I would have issues either way. However, I ran the repair tool through the battlenet launcher/app and that seems to have fixed the issue for the past day. Will see if it stays the same or not.

I’m also running a wired connection and have been getting the same error since around Friday (May 24, 2019) last week. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting steps as well as anything else I of, like additional firmware and software updates.

I was able to eliminate my network for the most part, as I was able to run WoW off a laptop (wireless) for about an hour and a half with no disconnects. I’m going to through a wireless card into my system and see if that fixes the issue. If that works I might also try the wired connection on the laptop to see if the problem can be reproduced on a different system.

At this point I can’t stay on for more then 5 minutes without getting the WOW51900319 error.

I am too. It’s very bothersome.

Tried over WiFi and it ran for about an hour then disconnected.

I haven’t been able to connect at all today. Trued three different wireless networks and they all failed. I’m out of town and I don’t have an option to hard wire my laptop at the moment.

Worked fine yesterday on my hotel connection but it stopped working this morning.
