This seems to be the problem but how do we fix it? Restarting the router did nothing. We’re lacking a solution!!!

Did you just restart the router or did we reset it to factory settings? Based on the previously linked thread, this was a change that was made in the actual software for the router and factory resetting it was the resolution.
