i just spent 1900 stigia for a new conduit to try and get my bis. luckily i got it. however there seems to be no difference from the 200ilvl one vs the 213ilvl… both are at 6 secs of cd time

Seems like they never finished the numbers beyond ilvl 200 for some people…
And no response from Blizz on this, either. The game master I brought the issue up with responded “that he didn’t see anything wrong with the ability Decimating Bolt”
Well yeah… ITS THE CONDUIT THAT BUFFS IT THATS BROKEN. They don’t even read.
