Disc priest using shadow word pain?

Hi. Just got back into WoW after being gone almost 2 years. When I left this priest was level 100. I’m leveling as Disc now and all the guides I see indicate that disc priest has access to shadow word pain and flash heal, but they aren’t in my spellbook. Can anyone confirm that Disc priests can cast shadow word pain or flash heal?

Discipline can indeed cast Shadow Word: Pain. You probably talented into Purge the Wicked, which replaces Shadow Word: Pain.

Flash Heal turns into Shadowmend early-on.

Thank you. I was wondering if it was something like that but I could have sworn that purge the wicked didn’t indicate it replaced shadow word pain but I’ll change it out. Thanks again.
