“Atonement heals for 10% more when activated by Shadow spells”
what in the world does disc priest have that triggers Atonement AND is a Shadow-school spell?? i can’t think of one. if nothing then the talent is really useless…

Your shadow school spells you can potentially have which trigger atonement are Mind Blast, Mindgames, Dark Reprimand, Shadow Word: Death, Shadow Word: Pain, Schism.

ok tested it u’re right thanks! its wording got me really confused.
should’ve been written as “Atonement heals for 20% more when the spell damage is Shadow”. NOT when activated (activated means what triggers the buff on an ally to allow the leech, not the actual healing transferred from dmg).
what’s really weird is the upgraded Shadow Word: Pain (Purge the Wicked) isn’t affected by the talent. Isn’t Radiant damage part shadow?
