Currently, the “Halo” Spell on the Disc Priest talent tree hits and pulls targets which are not currently engaged by the player and/or their group; not to mention its ability to still break crowd control effects. Why is this?
I am aware of recent changes to a few spells like Convoke the Spirits and Starfall that do not pull or engage enemy targets which are not in combat with the player or group.
Why is the “Halo” spell not included in this list? Why is a decent healing spell, which happens to do damage as well, so ferociously gimped by its inherent MASSIVE AoE range - we can’t use it in heavily crowded areas for fear of pulling the entire dungeon?
