No point to Que any other healer as it’s not even close to being comparable, and it’s not fun fighting disc 24/7.
Rshams the second most represented at near 17%… that’s how major the difference is

agreed nerf resto shammy
wait what
i swaer i only climb when they match me up against resto druids god bless them
Idk, I think rsham is just as good as disc, then pally/mw a full tier lower, but playable, and rdruid/hpriest just kinda poo. Havent seen enough dragons yet to have a strong opinion.
I think the biggest problem is everyone fotm rerolling because eveything is account-wide so there’s no incentive to main a class
There’s only one way to solve this problem. Everyone reroll disc priest. I’m currently leveling mine(almost level 60). Let’s make that disc priest representation 75%
Unironically how the community approaches balacing.
I can’t even be bothered. It’s so boring to play as I really enjoy the play style of my main however it’s just a complete disadvantage for the effort I have to put in just to win in comparison that I literally haven’t even logged on in a week. Waiting to see another round of tuning if it will create better variety or not.
I like how people are so comfortable stating holy priest is at the bottom Holy priest is not worse than Mistweaver. Mistweaver is the trashest healer in the game and it’s not close vivify heals for 1 million health pools are 11 million+. Mystical says this is the worst Mistweaver has been at the start of a season EVER
I feel like monk rdruid and hpriest are all garbage.
I’ve been healing bgs “no damp” and health bars barely move. There’s definitely a skill issue going on with me… Not maximizing buffs and what not, but still. It’s discouraging to even think about trying to heal on a spec that’s significantly lower than another spec that is almost guaranteed to be faced every round on a SS.
This would definitely help. Make rewards class specific.
Holy priest is mid tier. Does way more healing than Pres , Rdruid, and Mistweaver. Like significantly more HPS. Preservation only sees more play because fire breath is a strong niche but holys stun isn’t high value atm
It’s just so bad doesn’t matter how much you out play a priest as an rdruid the class does zero healing and the disc just gets to press everything while stunned and do absolutely nothing good to win lol it’s wild how forgiving one class is and unforgiving the others are.
If it’s any consolation, I believe we’d see better participation if everything felt like Disc in terms of complexity (or lack thereof) and output.
Blizzard declares pretty sizable profits every year, I can’t fathom why they consider it too expensive to hire a couple guys to fully invest themselves in game balance tuning for PVP.
It would be great if the game were ever truly ‘play it because you like it’ without that also meaning you’re burdened if you aren’t meta.
I feel like participation would be much higher also if healers weren’t stuck getting paired with terrible dps that have no experience in the arena. So many times I heal people that look like they just came out of comp stomp no defensives, no cc, weak damage , no peels and it’s just not even what pvp should be.
Would be cool if maybe blizz ditched the shuffle bracket and made it more dynamic 3s where you can team up with people or solo Que and get regular 3s that way. Best of both worlds
I love BGB but I would trade it all away in a heart beat to go back to only 2s, 3s, and RBGs.
We had it all and wished it away.
but is it fun?
literally i told u so
It really is one of those “what kind of damage could having more options cause” and “people can just play what they like”. Not enough people play for fun for rewardless or unrewarding brackets to function well.
The cat was out of the bag by the time BGB came around, man. lol I heavily warned that healers wouldn’t do RSS before it released. But RSS killed 2s so I was happy to see BGB come along.
