For Engineering, before last week I was regularly getting 7-8 Hastily Scrawled notes each time I did Disassemble Invention. For the past 3 days in a row, I have only received 4 notes. Was there a nerf? It’s bad enough that I can’t control which profession tool recipes I learn, but now I have to wait twice as long to learn them.

Noticed this as well.
Guess someone did some division over there and realized there’s an extra month of subs if they slow down finishing professions some.
