My anecdotal evidence: everyone I know bought it for all of the other stuff it came withâ early access was simply an unimportant bonus.

As I said, when you turn every thread into all the extras to defend your purchase. Something is wrong. Not being happy about EA has nothing to do with the extra stuff you get, but you keep wanting to bring it up.

I heavy agree with OP on point 2. Our guild has half of its players able to afford the early access and half of them couldnât. Itâs really put a huge damper on the launch. Normally we are all so excited to get going and experience everything together as a community on launch but now half of us are just split off from that experience. Feels like weâre missing out on the one of the best parts of an expansion when everyone is all racing together.

You donât pay extra. The early access comes with no additional cost to the Epic Edition so if you buy the Epic Edition because it includes Early Access, youâre just buying the Epic Edition and thatâs on you.
Buying a batch of several things just because you want only one thing in it is reckless and not being a smart buyer to begin with. I have no sympathy to spare.
What are you talking about? Epic is only 40 bucks more came with extra stuff and i was more then happy last night doing the new introductory questline and seeing everything in the new area , it ran extremely smooth as well its not like it ran crappy. The 40 bucks is worth it for the extra stuff and early access to me . I got up to level 75 in 4 hours last night, got inscription profession up to 60 and didnt have anyt trouble with campaign quest or open world quest.
