I’ve been asking this for last THREE expansions, since after seeing how Raiders bring the loot from last boss of the raid into M+ that’s clearly OP and almost useless in raid unless you want to do farm runs bit faster since the gear drops from the last boss itself.
With weekly vault yet again being more useful to Raiders than M+ Players, that it was originally designed for, and all the loot trading with changes to group loot from personal loot so all the top raiders can “buy” gear easier and faster, the least you can do is to STOP treating M+ only players like third class citizens and have them do the dungeons ONLY with the gear obtained WITHIN those dungeons.
If top raiders want to boost their M+ ratings or top the M+ leaderboards as well, let them do it with the gear from the content they want to do.
You guys did it with PvP, why so scared to do it for M+ or just playing favors games to your very friendly RWF and other top raiders?

How dare players who put the time in play multiple aspects of the game have an advantage over those who dont. The nerve.

As a raider, I’d love to never need to do another m+ again. Separate the systems.

I don’t think the argument needs to be against raiders necessarily. The issue is with blizz’s design and tuning. They are who we need to be upset with. People just playing “multiple aspects of the game,” are just participating in the system created by blizzard with all its disparities.
Remove myth track, remove myth cosmetics from hero track, make mythic and higher M+ cosmetic only.

Blizz: We dont want players getting gear they didnt earn.
Also Blizz: Just buy 500 bucks worth of WoW tokens for a Mythic raid boost and 3 guaranteed BIS Mythic items.

They do. The high value items are gimped in M+ content such as Eye of Kezan whose stacks drop “rapidly when out of combat.”
Repeating bad ideas won’t make them any less bad.

I think it’s fine as is!
Too much grass-greening from peeps who stick to one type of content.
No.
Stop spamming in that case.
Last time I checked M+ and raiding are both PvE modes.
Totally support this! Stop forcing us to do your dumb raid which u think is unique and awesome but in truth it is an obsolete system which should have been removed long long time ago!
So y’all want people to carry multiple full sets of gear, or never try other content?
I wonder why blizzard never implemented this horrible idea.

I know this sounds weird – but how about we stop worrying about what everyone has. Plenty of classes need items from M+ for BiS, plenty of classes need Raids, and plenty of players just do them for fun without a care in the world about gear. The only time I am jealous of gear is sweet looking transmog sets. As long as players can perform and do their jobs they can wear a burlap sack and wield a potato on a stick. The issue here isn’t separating gear, it is Blizzard doing what they promised for all players.
With all the bag space, that’s the least of issue and perhaps it’s ALSO time for this two decades old ancient gear system to get changed and modernized something like a wardrobe collection where we can consume gear and it gets added into wardrobe slots rather than taking bag space.
