Disable help text option?

i was just wondering if there was a setting for pop up help texts?
i boosted this guy to do random bgs. now my problem is i have this dialog box that opens after every loading screen or use of the esc key that says “your heart of azeroth has an unused essence slot”.

im not here to debate the ins and outs of the essence system.
im just looking for a way to turn these text warnings.

The unused heart of azeroth essences and available talents dont have a disable I dont think. But normal hints can be disabled.

Apparently the only solution is a third party add-on OP.
