I’m one of those crazy people who like their map at the bottom of the screen in the middle but when I mount up into the G-99 Breakneck, guess what? It covers the mini map. Is there a way to either move it or disable it or something so I don’t have to keep moving my damn mini map?
Have you tried going into edit mode while mounted in the car?
I’m assuming you’re talking about the boost guage graphic.

Sadly, the edit mode is disabled while in the G-99 & yes, the gauge graphic that replaces your action bars.
The boost gauge is controlled by the encounter bar in edit mode.
Unless you’re talking about the vehicle action bar itself, you can use /fstack to find the name of the frame and use the Frame:Hide() or Frame:Show() commands (where Frame would be the name of the frame) to toggle. Coincidentally, hiding the vehicle bar allows you to access edit mode.
/run OverrideActionBar:Hide()
/run OverrideActionBar:Show()
You could do the same thing with the boost gauge.
/run PlayerPowerBarAlt:Hide()
/run PlayerPowerBarAlt:Show()
Note that these will only last until you reload your ui.
