So often people just DR my goes as Sub basically neutering the spec. Can we make it so only your spells DR each other instead?
I try telling my team to not use any stuns so I can set up goes but they never seem to listen. Looking at you holy priests

So basicaly 2 rogue could stun lock a healer to death.
Holy priest runs in, Fear to force trinket, then rogue spam its stun till it DR then bam, Ret pally hit repentence.
The game would be even more a CC festival then its already is.
I’d probably just charge enemy healer, AoE fear to force trinker, storm bolt, Storm weave then let the rogue start his own stunlock.
Game would just be so annoying.

I think the OP has the beginning of a great idea, but it kinda needs a tiny little more finetuning.
Instead, I propose:
All CCs now belong to 1 category and are per-character as the OP proposed.
Additionally, the -75% DR is removed, that goes straight to immune instead.
And finally, knockbacks and grips now share the special knockback DR which continues to be shared for all characters.
