Dirk Thunderwood, the NPC that starts the perfect poison quest chain, is missing from HC realms. Without him there is gear that is completely inaccessible on the HC realms from quest rewards.

We were thinking this could be from the way the AQ gates were opened in Silithus. it seems like some of those specific npcs that are supposed to spawn after the opening of the gates event are the ones missing.
The npcs u need for the quest Champion’s Battlegear with the popular trinket Earthstrike seem to also be missing
