As per title, on my alternate character after I chose threads of fate, the battle pets quest “direbeak team rumble” was automatically removed from my quest log.
It removed all of my bird pet battle quests from Legion from my quest log, too.
You can resummon the pet and get the quest again straight away 
I just killed Krosus and got the quest reward. The direbeak fell asleep. Now it’s the next day and my direbeak isn’t offering the quest. This toon was my first to 60 so she didn’t do threads of fate. Any ideas?
