I’m working on farming up the cash for him right now.
I’m actually doing quite well, currently at 3,250,000 gold. Good chance I’ll get the mount before the end of the expansion.
Unfortunately, it looks like my new farming spot got nerfed with the recent hotfix, so that’s one source of income in the toilet. Shame too, I actually really liked it.

Wish i capitalized on earning gold from alts back in Legion and WoD from mission tables. Now I’m playing for it now trying to get that gold for daht Longggggboii. Currently 3.7 mil so ill get there.
I believe in us, we got this. Soon we will all have our own long boi

I prob wont get it on time, mosty caz pf all the dailes I do then forget to farm cash. If i get it sweet, of not ill blow my cash stack on other mounts.

Because there’s going to be a bit of a drought of content after everyone’s Exalted on reps and cape rank 15, you’ll have plenty of time to focus on gold making.

Ill never have the gold for it. So I am contempt with my Tomb Stalker. Looks better for a dk anyways.

Im at around 60k gold atm, most made thos month. if i smashed out what I do (mass skyreach runs) i can make a good chunk a day, mabye 10k+ g a hr. The lockout cuts onto the profit tho

Yeah… they nerfed the mobs so they no longer drop loot.
Could still be used as a half-decent ore farm, but otherwise, totally useless as a farm spot now.

Yeah, I farmed up a bunch of Darkmoon Firewater last night in prep for doing some hard farming today. Imagine my surprise when I went to the Vale this morning. 
With that farm, I was on track to get the longboi within a month or so. Now? Probably gonna take me significantly longer, several months at least. My server’s economy isn’t exactly booming, and my enchant sales have seen some decline recently. I can only imagine it’s going to get harder to make money off the Auction house as the expansion winds down, so I’m going to have to rely on raw gold farms more and more.
So, losing out on a non-instance based farm like this is definitely a blow. Hopefully I can find another one.

So dang glad I had 15 alts during WoD and Legion and cranked out those gold missions…add in that one pet I looted 9 of back in WoD made me 2.25 Million gold cause many players didn’t want to do the hassle of quest line to get it, the Sun Darter Hatchling.
My main was working on selling flasks, auction house, etc… then I have up in 8.2.5, there is no way anymore
