I am seeking someone who is able to do the quest for the Dig Rat Stew Cooking Pattern on Hellscream/Zangamarsh on Horde side and willing to post it on Ah to let me buy it from them.
You would prolly have better luck making a horde alt and asking for help in trade chat.
Go kill the Dig Rats in Bael Modan until one drops a Plump Dig Rat. This will teach you the recipe once cooked.

I thought this recipe was locked behind a Horde only quest?
It used to be, but that was changed in Cataclysm.
