WW being weak defensively is no news to anyone. I think this defensive CD would improve things for WW who want to make high keys.

Would also help if Blizz wasnt actively trying to kill the healer population. I really dislike their design philosophy over the last 4ish xpacs, but yea diffuse would be great to have back.
