I purchased The War Within, which is advertised to come with a level 70 character boost. I restarted the game and tried switching realms many times already but still didn’t receive it.
Might be a better question for the customer service forums.
That said, when I bought it in game, the boost option was right at the top by my character list. It could also take a moment for it to take affect.
I think OP got his boost, because the CS topic was deleted, but I’ll post this here for others.
