Im on a 2v2 team and I played 15 games and the other person on the team only played 10 games without me. All our ratings are close to each other. But I didn’t receive any arena points yesterday. I opened a ticket and they said they don’t know what happened.
Anyone experience this or know how I can resolve it in a timely manner?
long as you played 10 games you should still get points; the only time when team rating vs Personal rating makes a difference are on titles or unlocking gear. (at least that’s how its suppose to work)
Provided the game is far from perfect and there are bugs o plenty, I think you need to light a fire to get any attention on it, but you really should be getting points regardless.
This doesn’t matter. Well, it does but as long as you have 30% games played you should still receive points. If you are more than 150 points below, you will still get points based off your personal rating instead of team rating.
“To qualify for Arena points, your personal rating must be within 150 of the rating of your team, with at least 10 games played, and you must have participated in 30% of your team’s games the previous week. If you play in more than one team, you will be awarded points only for one of them: the one that performed best the previous week.”
You most def must be within 150 for points we do 5s with alts accross 5 diff accounts 10 toons total and sometimes towards end win one to many in our losermade team for points that alt which is not within 150 of the team has there points cut by about 95 percent when it happens norm Getting single digit points.
Your team also needs one win in the season before it gets points we made that mistake the first week as was more or less just afking. It’s not at 200 raiting as we where below that 2nd week and got points.
The team needs at least 10 games for everyone that qualifies for points on that team to get points. To qualify for points on a team you need to have played at least 30% of the games the team played that week. If you qualify for points you get points based upon the team rating if you are up to 150 points below the team rating. If you qualify for points but are more than 150 points below the team rating it uses your personal rating. Whichever rating it uses you can receive 0 if that rating is below 96. The curve is not linear.
You do no NOT need to be within 150 to receive points.
For example team is at 2000 and you join at 1000. You play till you’re at 1700 and team is still 2000. You will get points from your personal rating of 1700.
