killed last boss (didn’t die) then got disconnected while walking towards the cache.
when i got back to the game chest wasn’t there and no mail for the rewards.
so basically missed out on getting gilded crest of the run

There are hundreds of people having the same problem, and it’s in all instanced content. Radio silence from blizzard. Maybe they’re trying to convince people to go play the new D4 season.
