I’ve gotten like 100+ wins in 3v3 since last reset and still no random splinter drop… I got my splinter from the weekly quest but can’t get the random one to drop?
You can only get one spark per week - the one from the weekly quest. Sparks that drop randomly by doing different content are the catch up sparks, you only can get one for each week you didn’t do weekly before.

I got 2 sparks per week every other week of the season, including week 1
The only week when you could get 2 sparks was the first week of the season. I’m up to date with sparks and I only have 9 on week 8.
