It happened to some people. Make a ticket and you shall get it in few days.

happened to me too, i ticketed it and they gave me the appearances
no idea what’s up with it but i assume from the fact that a gm actually gave me what i needed on the first try it’s an issue they’re VERY aware of so you’ll prob get what you need it you ticket it as well
