Leveled a new toon got it to 50 and of course got the quest off of Magni for the HoA questline, did all of that till ‘infusing the heart’ after I turned that in I didn’t get a quest afterward, someone said I needed to level my HoA first but my old toon and watching a few videos they all got a quest afterward or am I just dumb?
I have done NONE of the war campaign, I just want my legendary cloak and essences so I can PVP
