Yeah I have seen it. I have had experiences with octopi as I live close to the beach. We have the Pacific giant octopus here. Yesterday one was seen coming up to a woman on the beach in a tidal pool and grabbed her foot for a bit. They are super curious and will get to know divers. We used to take a jar with a crab in it and hand it to the octopus. He would figure out how to open the jar and grab the crab out.
