Yes, and when upgraded it becomes a toy all your toons can enjoy.

My daughter got it for me in WoD and I’m glad she did because it got me Fabious.

I got it, I thought everyone did. Never used it though, it’s gotta be one of the goofiest yet most harmless additions to the game ever made. Does anyone actually use it, like for guild photos? Anything?

Pretty sure I never upgraded it, which leaves, what the hek character is it even on? I probably have 15 characters to 100, that’s going to take a few minutes.

Yep I did. Rarely use it but it’s kinda fun once in a while I guess

Once you had the normal version, the Garrison would originally give you a rare mission that had the toy version of the camera as a reward.

I believe 7.3.5 added quests you can pick up in SW/Org to get it without the garrison hassle:

Umm yea it was an entire content patch. Just about the only one we got

Yeah,just couldn’t bare to see myself and couldn’t focus enough to shot pic from laugh so hard.
