I just realized I haven’t seen a world quest for bonus herbs or for mining since the latest patch. Did they go away and I’ve just now noticed or are they still around and I’ve just not seen one by chance? I’ve asked guildies and friends and I don’t seem to be along in this. “Herbalism World Quests now have a chance to reward Anchor Weed” is a note from the patch and I’ve seen those quests but not for the other herbs.
I’ve seen both mining and herbalism wqs in the past week

Yeah but the problem is that they aren’t marked as such on the maps. They should have special symbols like a flower or an anvil, instead they just have a “!” like all the other world quests. They fixed this once, only to break it again.

I have an addon, World Quest Tracker (?), that replaces the symbol with the reward. I can also sort the WQs on either side of the map to more easily identify the profession WQs.
Changing the symbol is the easier, more intuitive solution, but addons help to fix Blizzard’s shortcomings.
I’ve seen several recent quests where the input (what you have to give them) was Ore, or herbs, or skins. Often these quests are right in Boralus.
The reward is 5 Expulsom for each quest.
Yeah. Expulsom. Useless to me as a double gatherer.

Would be nice if expolsom was bind on account like mark of honors.

Make sure you didn’t accidentally deselect it. You can filter what world quests you want to see on your map and i believe that is one option.

There were 2 WQ for cooking yesterday. They did not give credit towards the Tortollian emmissary reward, but did give correct reputation. The WQ loot was expulsom, not a cooking level-up which was what the reward was previously for those wo 3 stars for the recipe already. Not sure if this is intentional or not.
