My Troll Warlock is behaving differently, definitely less of a disciplined mage and more of a shadow slinging creep. Anyone else noticed this?
They updated warlocks casting animations, especially for destro… Not a fan myself but you know, Blizzard doesn’t ask us what we think >.>
Unstable affliction and chaos bolt got noticeably different cast animations. I’m kind of a fan of them actually. Seems like a CB cast should look like it takes more effort than incinerate.
Yeah, I noticed my Chaos Bolt was much different.
Glad I am not nuts; last night seems like was always on the verge of falling over backwards when casting chaos bolt.

I tell you what…that new bolt cast is sick!!! I feel like bolt should be some super cast that looks powerful and now it does, like if you look closely it’s almost like your straining to juggle the power for a moment, before you pull it together and just barely manage to get the thing off…sick!!!
I noticed that myself.
Chaos Bolt and Hand of Guldan have more of a power stance when casting.
Honestly, I like it. It gives the spells a sense of power.
Yep, they used the same casting animation as Hand of Guldan for Chaos. I love it.
You guys get excited about animations looking evil and whatnot… its the same animation as wild growth and many other healing spells.

And it’s simply nice for warlock casting animations to not be the same for every spell we use.
