Did they not fix the poisons disappearing when we use Dragon-Tempered Blades?

Title.

I remember it was bugged when pre patch hit and it made it into launch (surprise of the century there) but I seem to remember that they fixed it and now it’s back.

It was never fixed, it’s just inconsistent in when it bugs out.

I think it’s an issue for TW specifically, probably has to do with scaling or whatever.
