Did they nerf the mana cost of Word of Glory for Prot Paladins?

In Dragonflight, I had enough mana to use Word of Glory all the time, but in the War Within, I don’t have enough mana for it. I don’t understand; Paladins are still underperforming right now, and they got nerfed again
