Maybe I am mistaken but did they just remove Dragonflight’s banner from the forums?
They replaced it with someone no one can identify, only if they showed the feet then we may be able to identify the character on the banner.

i posit if the body is being possessed it is no longer dead. as having sentience would bring the internal body parts back to life in some form.
