I know they removed absorb shields from preventing daze. But I kinda feel like its been increased as well even despite of that.

also bunch of mobs shooting frostbolts, naga trappers throw nets, flying patrols fish everywhere

Nope. Zero daze on my 412 Druid for me yesterday. No absorb shield either.
Just bad luck for you.

that was fixed in ptr, they dont daze you now on live as long as you have a shield blocking dmg (resounding or diamond laced)

Fixed? I kind of liked that anti QoL change…
As mentioned above, it was fixed on PTR shortly after Wowhead blasted news about the “unintended” nerf.
But the protection only lasts as long as your absorb/shield does. Mobs in the new zone hit harder and are more likely to leave you unprotected after fewer hits, if it takes them more than one.

It feels that way OP. It’s making me miss the barrier Azerite talent more and more.
With flying coming soon they have to get their kicks in while they can.

Haven’t been dazed once.
Well it feels like they broke sharing again. I truly feel bad for Alliance right now, from what I have seen. So it would not surprise me at all that they upped daze to force peolme t ok use that mount equipment, not water walking.
I’ve been dazed quite a few times and kicked off of my mounts because of it. Luckily as a monk I have 3 rolls and another move I can use to get away, unless I get dazed again of course.
I get more grumpy when something fears me though… Meh.
I’ve noticed this too but I can see why it’s happening with mobs hitting harder. I’ve also noticed I kept getting stuck in combat in Mechagon even after running half way across the zone. Several times I had to alt + F4 and wait a minute for my character to be logged out of the game world to drop combat.

I haven’t noticed this. Its just random.
I’ve gotten through a ton of mobs, regularly.
It has been increased, I level a lot and last month or two my characters get dazed nearly all the time.
There are just too many mobs tightly packed. Also I think they want to show off how good mount equipment will be.
You can buy mount equipment to prevent dazing. :^)
There’s flying mobs patrolling Najzatar, so watch out.
