If it’s working, my macro needs help.
My macro recals pet, feigns and drop trap but the trap dropping is kind of random. Works about half the time.

My completely baseless hunch is that it has something to do with a combination of movement, latency, and the GCD.
However I won’t know anything with a modicum of certainty unless we see this macro.
It’s still bugged.

does it suppose to work even if we are attacking a mob or not?
like; I’m attacking a mob and I getting engage by a rogue, can I trap him or its only purely working out of combat mode?
Fd trap isnt bugged so nothing to fix there. Just learn how to do it corrextly. If you expect to get it by just pressing 1 button during a 360 no scope forget it. You need to time it. Everybody who is saying its bugged you are bad at the game and probably never reached 1500 in arena.
its bugged, 100%. Anyone saying otherwise probably never played classic. It was 2004 and I barely knew how to type let alone script a macro. You could FD Trap by clicking. Feign Death 100% DOES NOT DROP YOU FROM COMBAT INSTANTLY your trap should light up right away and it doesn’t. Prove me wrong, I was there and 18 years old not 4 so I do remember. Class is dumpster, hoping its fixed before I hit 60

Bro even r1 hunter are saying its fine. Put /stopattack in your macro if you need a macro rofl… because me and my friends its instant. I guess it must suck for you being a hunter and cant trap rofl

Ive been 2400+ several seasons, was in the top 10 hunters multiple seasons in ranked arena in NA when 2’s was a thing in WotLK, played hundreds of Vanilla BG’s and have been playing 15 years, all on hunter. You keep spreading bullsh.t and have no idea what you’re talking about.
I’ve now seen you spreading false garbage about it being ‘not-bugged’ in several threads. It is bugged. Go be wrong somewhere else.

I have not played with FD trap in PvP since Beta but I 100% know it was bugged in PvP back then so I don’t really think it’s unrealistic that it wasn’t working for people even going into live, FDing was just having issues with dropping combat in general.
