I use threat plates… and while they’re showing up just fine and dandy out of combat, as soon as I enter combat my nameplates disappear.
Is this intended? Yes, I’ve updated everything I could. Can’t remember if this was one that updated or not.
If you have an addon/macro that anchors frames to the Nameplates or WorldFrame then they will be effected, see the sticky at the top of the forum list.
Not sure what you mean there. It just replaces the nameplates with something fatter that my blind self can see better.
Nameplates are now “restricted” in how other frames can use SetPoint() when a nameplate is one of the anchors. If one or more of your addons attaches anything to a nameplate it/they might need an update.
Replaces usually means attaches/modifies in some way when it comes to nameplates.
Ill check for another update in the morning.
Just seems weird to me that they disappear in combat, and only sometimes. Was messing around a bit more and theyd pop up occasionally.

I know I should update to ThreatPlates, but if anybody has a fix for the old TidyPlates, let me know.
I did a update to Threat Plates, works fine for me.
I updated Threat Plates and it is completely broke for me. When I have it enabled, no nameplates show up at all. Whether I run just
threat plates and no other addons, or any combination you can imagine. If Threat Plates is enabled, I get no nameplates at all.
If you could, could someone who has threat plates working, upload or attach a link to a picture of your settings? I know its kind of a lot to ask, but I am losing my marbles trying to get them to work
