Did they do anything to nerf the costs for protoform synthesis?

Because of they didn’t they should already. Or buff the drop of motes. Please and thanks.

To my knowledge, absolutely nothing regarding open world content has changed.

Well… that sucks…

Welcome to Blizzard now. If they have the option to milk you for that time played metric they will.

They literally have psychologists they hire so they can see exactly how much they can exploit players while still retaining them.

Ingot and Tool droprate is too low, and the former shouldn’t require raiding, nor should the saddle.

Otherwise seems…mostly fine? Maybe a buff to Vespoid Lattice drop rate?

So does every single company in the world. You think Blizzard’s the only one trying to make money here?

Just take a look at pre-activision Blizzard or Final Fantasy if you want to see a business that still wants to profit, but values the players time and compare it to Blizzard now. Or just lick Blizzard’s boots, I’m not reading further regardless.

And let me guess, he’ll reply with a “why am I not surprised?” quip because he can’t find two cells in that burnt out turd he calls a brain to come up with a good retort.

EDIT: I WAS RIGHT

YMMV, but I found the mote drop rate went almost perfectly hand-in-hand with the drop rate of rare components … so just buffing the mote drop rate wouldn’t have helped me finish my protoform goals any faster (unless my goal was to mass produce common pets)

edit: actually I suppose I would still need some motes for the mounts locked behind the raid if I was going for those

That isn’t the case for me. I have some of the matierials at near intentory cap and only have like 500 motes. I only do rares, treasures and antoros.
