Did they change Kael'thas voice in the eye raid at all?

Swear his voice used to be different, now it sounds more placid then b itchy

Kael got a new voice actor. The old one ran into a bit of controversy and so Blizz replaced him with a new one. And also retroactively redid all of Kael’s past dialogue too, to keep everything balanced.

It was unfair. The actor did nothing wrong and Blizzard did not even gave him a chance to prove his innocent (which he actually was).
