I was online this morning, so I know the game is there. I have looked at it in the location folder, so I know the game is there. And I have gone through the settings tab, clicked “locate games” and got to the folder with the game in it, so I know its there. But the Launcher won’t recognise the games, specifically the Warcraft ones. Classic, Cata, and retail. It HAS however, located Overwatch, D2, D3, D4, Hearthstone, and Heroes of the Storm. I have tried to update, but it doesn’t recognise them. I can’t delete them and reinstall without the launcher. I can’t just install and move along because the games are huge and I 1: Don’t have the space for it on my HD, without removing the old ones, 2: Don’t particularly want to use all of that bandwidth, while my 2 sons are online playing. I tried to open the game by itself without the launcher, it won’t even try. Just tells me that the folder doesn’t contain the correct version of the game and to reinstall. Any one else having this issue right now? I just worked a 12 hour shift and wanted to get a raid in before bed. this is so dumb.
I can’t update my game. I’ve reinstalled bnet, cleared every cache, done every troubleshoot, but I still get a “something broke” when only trying to update wow.
Ive been having issues too. I have tried to launch Warcraft and Diablo 4. I click play, I see my PC attempting to launch as there app shows up in task manager but the games do not run. Been having this issue for about 2 weeks now.
Go into your processes and kill anything that is related to battle net. Re-launch battle net, should download.
ctrl/alt/delete. Kill bnet. re-download

Yep, can’t launch the game. Launcher just doesn’t work.
