Did the key ring get removed?

People should have the scarlet key by now in the beta which should activate the keyring.
I have yet to see anyone actually say they have the ring yet however.

Good point. I just checked a couple video clips from beta players and I don’t see it. I imagine they would have that key by now. Dang.

I had a key off the centuars in the barrens. It went into my bags

Playing in the Closed Beta - I can confirm keyring is not implemented. Scarlet Key and Gnomer Key are only stored in bags the way it is currently.

Blizzard devs please see this!!

Thank you for confirming. I will hold onto hope for Blizzard to add it again, but I won’t be up in arms if they don’t. We went most of vanilla without it.

This is very true however I’m just simply trying to get the devs to see this thread and realize they overlooked the key ring

It’s been raised as a bug by many people and should be fixed.

You did, and getting a key in Classic isn’t creating a keyring. This is a bug.

This is not working in the beta right now.
We all got the scarlet key and it’s not showing up.

The keyring got removed in Cata along with loads of keys.

They just never put it back yet. Keys are piling up in bags and have been reported by beta players.

I can’t clearly remember 3.3.5? Sad.

Human mind is incredibly moldable - something can happen in front of a group of people and the eyewitness accounts you get will vary by an alarming degree.

Contrary to what is seen on TV and in movies eye witness accounts are not very good in court for exactly that reason.

Consumable keys do not go on the keyring. So blacksmithing keys, Centaur keys, etc. will not spawn/occupy the keyring.

Once the core issue of the keyring is fixed, I mean.

It got removed in 4.0…patch data is all over the internet.

There was no key ring at the start of WoW

But there was in 1.11
