Spec is literally dog water, feels like you’re healing people without gear. blizzard immediately needs to do something about this useless spec.

It just has the classic rsham problem of having a useless 4 set.

someone at blizzard still salty about Dwayne rsham in SL and is keeping the spec eternally f tier
combination of nonexistent 4 set and every other spec in the game getting actual buffs while rsham gets healing rain buffs

give me primal eles as rsham or riot. wont fix it but will make me happy.
