I have a few places I used for farming Rousing fire last week around waking shore. Was getting about 1 rousing per minute. Now I am getting much less.
This most drastically seems to have effected the mobs with the minus tag (-70) which now seem to hardly ever drop rousing, but even the full sized elementals have a lower drop rate than last week (anecdotally, in my 2 hours of farming).
