Did online Blizzcon seem padded and sad?

Hard to make a dumpster fire look nice ask EA.

I don’t know how they expect to sell off of OW2, that game looks like a glorified expansion and the face that OW1 can play the same maps and new heroes solidifies that.

the only thing that would make that game different, is if they attach an RPG aspect to it. (no not just PvE, i mean like interacting and maybe a world, etc.). they’re adding talents, so i mean maybe that is what they have in mind? :woman_shrugging:

As we should have.

If they are going to put on a show (including during a “30 year celebration” year) then put. On. A. Show.

Just because it’s free doesn’t mean it should be subpar and below what USED to be their high standards.

I wouldn’t call a new raid and a new mega dungeon “literally no content”

Seriously…How they stay in business after failure of WoWQ Q&A? most questions have been asked before.

I agree

We all know that QnA sessions for one division are the cornerstone of a business’s revenue.

The team is discussing. That Pretty much sums up every question

I’m excited for Diablo 2 so… this Blizzcon had that going for it.

No new customizations though? I might just sit the rest of Shadowlands out. There are a lot of problems in general, and customizations don’t rank high on the list of game-breaking issues, but damn if it wasn’t the one thing I felt confident they’d show as the carrot to dangle in front of us.

What were you looking for customization-wise? Just curious

PS: So excited for D2!

No, but it felt disorganized.

The whole thing with Metallica was certainly worth it to laugh at. Not at Blizzard, but at the band.

Well I’d like to see our core races brought up to the same level of polish and care as Humans, Night Elves, and Orcs. Those three were the major winners of the Pre-patch customizations batch.

Nightborne need a massive overhaul. There’s just so much they need I don’t even know where to begin.

Speaking for myself I’d also want to see customizations shared between core races and allied races where possible. Why can’t a Gnomeregan Gnome have a Mechagon Gnome’s hairstyle or hair color? Why can’t any race have any hair color? Isn’t hair dye a thing at the barber shops? Is there something about Orc hair that makes it impossible to style like a Mag’har Orc’s hair?

Yep! 100% agreed! For me personally, having Tauren and HMT with the same customization options would be my first priority!

I watched more “Law & Order” reruns than I did BlizzConline.

They are going to expand soulbinds as the expansion goes on! (obviously) How? Dunno. There will be stuff! Cant tell you how! but there will be!

longest waffle on to say absolutely nothing.

I think you are the same guy that commented that they watched 2 or 3 episodes and it was more entertaining! I loved that comment, made me laugh

The quality of blizzard is melting

It made me realize how heavily they rely on the community to provide the entertainment and fun for Blizzcon. I said this in another thread. Most of us should know a game can’t thrive without a decent community. I just didn’t think it would hit me so hard watching Blizzcon as they’re separate things.

That’s not saying the people up there did a bad job at all. (I would like to believe they tried) It just felt like it was missing a big component. Maybe I am wrong but I doubt there will be another Blizzcon live this year… or I don’t even know if they would do another virtual one but next time around whenever it is. I would try and encourage them to try and get the players more engaged with the Con somehow. This seems a bit hard to do but not impossible.

Go go pindleskin runs. Stupid ith. Sorc FW without a cooldown. Teleporting lagmancers
