Completed Dragonflight Season 2 Hero achievement by killing mythic Sarkareth. Everybody else in my raid that completed the achievement received the Obsidian Aspectral Earthstone except for me. It’s an account-wide achievement, so it’s not like I can go do it on an alt. I was really looking forward to using this item for my death knight’s helm, now it seems my death knight’s transmog will never be what I want it to be because of this bug. The old blizzard would have sent me this item in the mail, now it seems like it’s gone forever. Made a ticket and they basically told me to complain here. So here I am.

It is abundantly clear by the number of people sent here, that QA/Test is no longer employed and the support process is completely busted. Support employees do not have the tools to support anyone and have been told to drop all customers regardless of game failure into this black hole of a forum to rot away.
I’ve also not received it despite getting the achievement, to toss my hat in the ring.
