I completed the “Kun-Lai Summit” achievement on x2 of my timerunners now, however, did not receive the Chen Stormstout’s hat that was supposed to be the reward. It shows as completed on both characters yet no reward in Mail/Bag/Bank. I submitted a report in game but had no response other than the generic Blizz auto response they send for non-rewarded rewards. I’ll be very dissapointed if I don’t receive this transmog reward, was one of the main tmogs I wanted from this event.
Same here. Have not received the item yet. It seems bugged for a lot of people currently. Take a screenshot of the completed achievement just in case!
Thankfully I finally got a real response from a GM. They found I had indeed earned the Kun-Lai Summit achievement and that there does appear to be a bug surrounding the reward system. I was told to make a bug report post in this forum (which as you can see I already have).
Probably best for as many people to make a bug post as possible towards this issue. I really want that hat and back mog
