See title. I bought the Manuscript that allows you to randomize the appearance of your Dragonriding mount before the hotfix to add the vial, and did not receive the vial in the mail as the hotfix notes said.
Please fix.

Same boat - bought the original Endless Draconic Scales manuscript last week, prior to the change, but have not received the updated toy version.
Just a heads up, been reported over here in the ongoing thread about it which has Blizzard’s responses: Manuscript of Endless Possibilities is not unlocked account-wide - #34 by Linxy
I also bought the toy on the first or second day of the cup and confirmed I had it, dragged it to my spellbar, and used it, and once it was turned into the toy it was removed from my spellbar and I was not given the toy. I already did the races once and bought the item, but it seems like blizz isn’t going to fix this and myself (& many others) will have to redo these courses before the cup ends, a lot of which are a bit janky. I’m guessing this item is also exclusive to this cup, as the previous manuscripts I left unpurchased are now gone. Game design 100!

Same here, do not have the vial…and while I’m bringing this up, I put in numerous tickets and bug reports about not getting my pirate’s day dragonriding mog, after I paid 50k gold for it. It never unlocked. Please fix these items
