I never received my mount either. I did everything on my main character and filled up the task bar. Progress on the task bar sometimes appears and sometimes disappears. I still no mount. I opened a ticket with no reply so far.
Just received the mount and the last 500 tenders from the chest this morning. Everyone check as soon as you get a chance

Same, just got mine after I finished it yesterday, perhaps a hotfix was pushed through
Mount was there for me also when I checked the chest.
