After 4 hours of fishing in the Dalaran fountain, I finally completed The Coin Master achievement. I did not receive my titanium seal of dalaran for completing this achievement and I am not a happy person right now!!
Just to double check, make sure all the filters from your Collections are correct and try searching your toy box. It goes directly into there now it looks like.

Aye, it is in there now. Thanks so much. Wowhead states it is sent in the mail to a character. I’ll update wowhead to reflect this change. Thanks so much, I am once again happy.
