So like the many others that have posted, I have completed every pinnacle quest available so far this week, a few delves, and have killed 15 bosses in the raid across 3 difficulties and have yet to receive my Fractured Spark.
Something I noticed after opening most of those pinnacle chests is that while weekly quests had reset for me, reward eligibility from them and my weekly crest limit had not reset. Not sure exactly how this happened but those didn’t actually reset until about an hour after weekly reset Tuesday morning.

Same here. I waited until late in the afternoon to do my cache and still got nothing so I’m uncertain what exactly is causing it.
I do know I got my catchup spark from M+ as I missed the previous weeks spark FIRST before doing the weekly quest for my other half so my guess is it could be related to that.
At any rate we need more people posting about this issue, even if you aren’t effected by it yet it seems like the cause is seemingly random and it could effect anyone.

I also skipped last week’s spark cause did not need to do Delves nor was it a week where we would actually get a full spark to craft something. So I figured I would just get the catchup spark from LFR quickly on reset and then the new one from weekly cache. I got the “catchup” one so 5/6 but did not get the new one from the weekly. I am interested in seeing how many other people are in that exact scenario or if anyone who has this bug came into the week at 5/6 and just didn’t get any spark at all this week.

My best guess is the bonus fragment we got from people exploiting is counting against our total cap for some people and not others. Shame the players have to figure this out but if more people could post about what exactly happened to them maybe we can piece things together… and do the QA/Dev teams job for them?
I just checked EU forums as well and it seems a number of players over there did the same thing. (Skipped last week, got the catchup one this week but not their 6th) I feel pretty confident now that this scenario did indeed cause the problem for many of us. It would be nice to see some official acknowledgement that this is a bug or if they truly intend that if you miss a week you will just be behind for an indeterminant amount of time.
Yeah the complete radio silence about this game breaking bug is the worse part. All we can do is make sure all these threads stay visible and make sure we don’t let them sweep this under the rug.
Yeah, it’s wild there hasn’t even been a blue post or anything acknowledging the bug with how many posts there are.
Can confirm this is still an issue, just ran 2 bountiful delves on my alt and saw I received my fractured sparks, but nothing is in my bags. This comes from after a few days of doing weekly’s and other things that would normally reward sparks and me wondering why my bags were so empty.
Hm think you’ve got a different bug. I didn’t see anything in my loot log saying that I got my spark. Iirc there’s another bug where items you get don’t actually show up for a day or so (just lmao @ that honestly) so you might be fine-ish.
It won’t let me pick my retail characters on the forum for some reason.
But I too did not get any fractured spark of fortunes this week. 3 support reps have told me keep doing end game activities, but theres nothing left to do? I even did the PVP weekly quest as I saw some people say that awarded it, but still nothing.
Nothing I do is giving the 6th fractured spark this week at all.
it was in the chat log and the image appeared with the other loot as i looted it. but nothing in my bags
He completed all the required activities and quests in the game, ensuring I met every requirement and objective. I’ve explored every corner, defeated the designated enemies, and followed every instruction to the letter. However, despite doing everything necessary, I still haven’t received the spark. I’d like to know if there are any additional steps I need to take or if this is an in-game bug.
It is a bug Blizzard is still REFUSING TO ACKNOWLEDGE so please keep posting in other threads and make sure you keep this visible. It appears like this has been a bug for weeks and we are still in the dark on what is going on. Keep posting or your character will forever be one or more fragments behind!
