Did not receive my Fractured Spark of Omens this week. This has caused me to miss out on crafting my item this week and puts me a half spark behind everyone else. Character is Arthois on Lightbringer. It looks like this has happened with quite a few others this week. I was told that this was not an issue from a GM, but looking at all the bug reports from this week makes me think this needs to be put on known issue list.
